Important things to know before using the platform
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on a16, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — opening an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account; a16 reserves the right to cancel any additional accounts created. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to prevent unauthorized access. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on a16 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and comply with applicable local regulations. Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party transactions are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. a16 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend accounts in the event of any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
Any form of fraud, use of bots, software manipulation, or deceptive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited on the platform. Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotional benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited. Attempting unauthorized access to a16's systems or network is a legally punishable offense. The platform may not be used to harass, insult, or harm other users. In the event of a violation of these rules, a16 reserves the right to close the account at any time and take legal action if necessary.
Betting Rules & Result Determination
All betting activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and the rules set by a16. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed, so please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made regarding that bet in accordance with the applicable rules. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a16 reserves the right to void that bet. In the event of any dispute over result determination, a16's decision shall be considered final.
Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect
A16 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
